A Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) or Commercial Van is a commercial carrier vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of not more than 3.5 tonnes.
As per RSA guidelines we test all LGV Vehicles. After test we will give a Pass/Fail Notice. If a Fail Notice is given you must Return to complete test within 21 calendar days of orginal test for a Re-Test.

A trailer, whether small wheeled containers or large truck trailers, is an an unpowered vehicle towed by another and the testing of its quality & roadworthiness is important and should be carried out regularly.
Requirements when Testing a Trailer are as per HGV test. These are:

– Relevant Fee.
Ambulances are equipped for taking sick or injured people to and from hospital, especially in emergencies, and it is therefore vital that they be kept in optimum working order and tested regularly.
